Colorado Springs Cardiology is pleased to announce that Dr. Christopher Kovach, an interventional cardiologist and endovascular specialist, will be joining our practice on September 3rd. Dr. Kovach brings advanced training and expertise in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, further enhancing our commitment to providing high-quality cardiovascular care to the Colorado Springs community.
Dr. Kovach completed his medical education at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, where he graduated with honors. His postgraduate training includes Internal Medicine at the University of Washington, Cardiovascular Disease at the University of Colorado, and Interventional Cardiology at the University of Washington. Most recently, he completed a fellowship in Peripheral Vascular Medicine and Endovascular Intervention at Brown University.

Dr. Kovach is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) and is a member of the SCAI Vascular Disease Council. He is committed to advancing cardiovascular care through both clinical practice and ongoing research and his contributions have been published in respected medical journals and disseminated at national and international conferences.
Dr. Kovach is now accepting new patients at Colorado Springs Cardiology and will be on staff at Penrose and St. Francis Hospitals. His addition to our practice reflects our dedication to offering advanced, patient-centered cardiovascular care.
